Description
This new energy project in Switzerland was developed as a large-scale Technical Virtual Power Plant (VPP) solution designed to improve renewable energy integration, optimize distributed energy management, and enhance grid flexibility. The project combines a 2000kW / 4300.8kWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), 2859kWp solar PV generation capacity, and an advanced EMS platform to create an intelligent and highly coordinated energy ecosystem.The system consists of two interconnected sub-microgrids operating under a centralized VPP architecture. Through intelligent EMS coordination, the project enables optimized energy scheduling, peak load management, renewable energy balancing, and real-time operational control across multiple distributed energy assets.
